INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

~ Place your completed application form and accompanying documents (see admission procedure)  in a sealed envelop and mail them to head  office of  I.E Consultancy~ Precise word-for-word English translations of all other language documents are required.

~ If any section of form do not apply to you, please answer "NOT APPLICABLE".

~ Application form consists of 7 pages & an applicant must complete all of them.

~An applicant must sign the certification (see form page # 5) & agreement (see form page # 6) with International Educational Consultancy

~Parents/Guardian of an application must also sign the permission letter (see form page # 7).

~Processing fees are non refundable once an application is submitted to our office.
