    Facilities Provided by above Universities:

    • All universities provide free and fully furnished standard hostel accommodation with attached common kitchen with gas for self-cooking.
    • All the hostels are well maintained and have central heating system.
    • All the hotels and institutes have canteens with subsidized rates for Russian meals.
    • All the universities have libraries which provide books for study and reference. All the universities provide facilities for sports like indoor and outdoor games, along with a cyber cafe for better communication at some hostels.
    • Each university has a medical center with a team of medical staff to provide the timely medical help to students, whenever required.

    Each university and hostel offer full security to students. Entry to hostels is restricted only to pass holders

    Rules & Regulations of above Universities:

    General and normal rules and regulations, which are in force in all the Russian universities and hostels are as follows and are applicable to all students:

    • In case if the students fail to fulfill the annual curriculum for unconvincing reasons, as well as on medical grounds, violation of academic discipline, criminal activities and actions, absence from classrooms without reasons, and systematic violation of internal regulations, the institute has the right to expel the students without compensation of money for the current year of training and all the preceding years of training.
    • The students shall abide by the Russian laws, and rules, established for foreign citizens, rules of residence and traveling on the Russian territory & also the internal institute regulations.
    • In case if the student fails to make the payment in time for training, the institute has the right to expel the student without compensation of money already paid for training.
    • In certain cases, where recovery of health is of a temporary nature such as pregnancy and child birth etc. the administration of the institute may provide academic leave with a right of re-admission to the same course.
